Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted pumpkin seeds make a satisfying snack. Whether you’re saving seeds from pumpkin carving or picking some up at the grocery store, this recipe is easy to make any time of year. With a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy this crunchy, savory snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds (whole or shelled)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 °F.
- Combine the melted butter, salt, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and place in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake for one hour, stirring occasionally.
