Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted pumpkin seeds recipe

Roasted pumpkin seeds make a satisfying snack. Whether you’re saving seeds from pumpkin carving or picking some up at the grocery store, this recipe is easy to make any time of year. With a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy this crunchy, savory snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds (whole or shelled)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 °F. 
  2. Combine the melted butter, salt, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds in a bowl. 
  3. Mix thoroughly and place in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake for one hour, stirring occasionally.
