Super Antioxidant Popped Sorghum Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted and salted shelled pistachios
- 1 cup roasted pepitas
- 2 cups popped sorghum
- ½ cup dried cherries
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- Cooking spray, optional, as needed
- 2 teaspoons sumac, optional
Directions
- Add the pistachios, pumpkin seeds, popped sorghum, cherries and dark chocolate in a large mixing bowl and stir briefly to combine.
- If desired, lightly spray the mixture with cooking spray and sprinkle the sumac on top, stirring until the sumac is well incorporated and coats the mixture evenly.
- Place the mixture in an airtight container to store for up to a week.
