Mixed Fruit Overnight Oats
You'll be ready to tackle the day after this healthy and delicious breakfast. And the best news? You can make it the night before!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup banana, sliced
- Honey, optional
Directions

Add oats to an airtight container. Pour in milk, sprinkle in chia seeds, add fruit, top with yogurt. Gently stir to combine.

Place in the fridge, then enjoy the next morning (or at least 2 hours later).
