Recipe Strawberry Smoothie

This delicious and satisfying strawberry smoothie has the power-packed protein of soy.


  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1 cup (about 6 ounces) soft silken tofu
  • 1 box (10 ounces) frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix on high until thoroughly blended and mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Yields 4 cups
