Meet Kent Condray
Kent started in the pig business through the FFA program in 1968. He was in seventh grade when he purchased his first pigs. After graduating high school, he returned home and took over the small farm his family owned.
Today, Kent raises both pigs and crops. His farm is a farrow-to-finish farm, which means he has sows (mother pigs), young growing hogs, and hogs being fed for market.
“I am a firm believer that if you take care of your animals and the land they live on, they will produce a healthy and nutritious product in return,” Kent says.
Kent and his wife Marian have three daughters: Sarah, Laura and Andrea.
